  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 77–79 Washington Street, Bloomfield, NJ, next door to Casa De Flora Bar. Look for our signature pink floral entrance — you can’t miss it!

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes! There are 2 public lots, one across the street and one around back. Both are $1 an hour. Please allow extra time for parking, especially during the weekends and holiday events. (WE DO NOT VALIDATE TICKETS). *****FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF DECEMBER ALL STREET PARKING IN BLOOMFIELD IS FREE.

  • Can I get there by Public transportation?

    Absolutely. We’re just a short walk at the corner, from the Bloomfield NJ Transit Station, which connects directly to Newark and New York Penn Station. Several local buses also stop along Bloomfield Avenue.

  • Can I change outfits?

    General Admission: No outfit changes are allowed — please arrive camera-ready.
    Photo Shoots: Outfit changes are permitted based on the session time you’ve reserved. We recommend quick, easy-to-change looks to maximize your time.

  • Do you provide a photographer?

    For general admission, you’ll take your own photos using your phone or camera. We provide tripods, ring lights, and helpful tips!
    If you prefer a professional photographer, you may book a session with one of our In house photographers. We allow up to a family of four for one sitting. Babies 3 and under do not count in this total.

  • Do you host private events or parties?

    Yes! We love hosting birthdays, corporate outings, influencer events, and private photo sessions. For groups of 10 or more or full studio rentals, please contact info@theselfiestudioexperience.com for packages and pricing.

  • Can I record video content or TikToks?

    Of course! The studio is designed for creativity — you’re encouraged to capture reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content. Please be courteous of other guests and share the space respectfully.

  • Can I eat or drink inside the studio?

    Food and beverages are not permitted inside the studio sets to preserve the décor and backdrops.

  • What if I’m running late?

    Your booking time starts and ends as scheduled to ensure fairness to all guests. Late arrivals may lose time from their session, so please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.

  • What is your refund or reschedule policy?

    All tickets are non-refundable, but we allow one reschedule with at least 24-hour notice prior to your session.

  • Is Santa available every day during the holidays?

    Santa is in his workshop on select dates and times. Check the booking calendar for available sessions.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    We do accept walk-ins but w highly recommend booking in advance online, as sessions often sell out — especially during weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome only if space permits.

  • How long can I stay?

    General session lasts 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy every backdrop and create your content. You will be guided through the backdrops. Once you are done in one you cannot return as we have to keep the flow for other guests. Private shoots vary based on your booking package.

  • Are Children Free?

    Children 3 and under are Free for General Admission Only.

  • Can I Bring my Pet?

    We allow Dogs up to 30lbs. We ask that your dog be trained to use the bathroom and is use to people. We have to make sure our sets stay clean and sanitized for all other guests as well. We do not allow cats and other pets.

  • Can I Bring my Own Photographer

    For $100 an hour, yes, you can bring in your own Photographer.

  • Professional Photographers Can Book for $50/hour

    This is for professional photographers that are on our Roster.
